WELCOME, DONNIE!
I was so happy to see the other blog I made after this one (because I was not able to retrieve the first blog... hi hi hi hi!). That second blog contained my first member, Donnie Duchin! Hurray! Welcome, Donnie!
Donnie is one of the contributors of Pambatang Katekesis several years ago, that was before he entered the Salesians seminary. He had contributed beautiful lessons, activities and some liturgies too. His contributions stopped when he decided to pursue his vocation. But, in spite of this, he is, in his own simple way try his best to help our catechists by creating a Yahoo Group for Pambatang Katekesis. Please check that out! Hope this one is doing great too. These efforts are much much admired and appreciated. PK is not only rich in tems of lessons and activities but also too blessed with contributors just like Kuya Donnie. And I know the Lord will lead the rest of those who wish to reach out for more catechists to do the same.
To God be the greater glory! Again, welcome to PK Blog, Kuya Donnie. Hope to hear from you too.

AN UPDATE!
At last I found the first attempt I created... I wonder what will happen to the second one now though I promise to update both, else, I will inform which of them will be retained officially.
Do expect more updates regarding our PK periodical. Update, meaning the latest lessons and graphics perhaps if our EICPubsiher will give his permission to use them here in the blog so you, catechists, can print them out and use them as your tool to intensify your catechism lesson. Anything that would assist the catechists.

PK-Marso-Mayo 2009 soon to be off the press!
After another delay from the minds of our think tanks, PK for Marso-Mayo 2009 (second issue for this year) is finally coming out next week. Of course, as always, our sincere apology for this delay most especially to our faithful provincial subscribers.
As you may have noticed from its first issue, the Catechetical Lessons were now written in English. PK Board thought of opening its horizons to our Elementary Teachers who preferred English as its primary tool of teaching catechesis to our children. With this new change, however, we decided to make available in Pilipino its Doctrine-Moral-Worship Section, the portion, which we think is the most important part not only for teachers, but also for our humble and simple catechists: full time or volunteer.
Do keep in touch. I will be posting next time our cover together with the Sunday theme. Hope to hear your comments, suggestions and recommendations. I may not be able to answer all inquiries but at least I can do something in my own little way...
